By booking a session, submitting payment, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Olivia Lee Photography provides professional photography services, including but not limited to portrait sessions, family sessions, events, elopements, and weddings. Services are provided on the agreed-upon date, time, and location confirmed at booking.

2. Session Fees & Payment

Session pricing is agreed upon at the time of booking.
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total session investment is required to secure a session date.
The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the session, prior to the end of the session.
For events, elopements, and weddings, the full balance is due at least one month prior to the event date when scheduled sufficiently in advance.
Payments are made to The Lees Media LLC via approved payment methods communicated by the Photographer.
Clients may choose to pay the total amount in full; if paying in full, payment must be completed 48 hours prior to the session.

3. Additional Time & Modification Fees

Sessions that exceed the agreed-upon duration are subject to Photographer availability.
A $25 modification fee plus $100 per additional 15 minutes applies for extended session time.
All modifications, including time changes, must be requested and confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
Changes made within 48 hours of the session are subject to the same modification fees.
Same-day session extensions require mutual agreement before additional time begins.
A 5-minute grace period may be allowed at the Photographer’s discretion for brief situational needs.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
The Photographer will work to offer an alternative date or time when possible.

Cancellations

If a session is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit may be refunded, except for weddings, elopements, and events, which require one week’s notice for a refund.
Cancellations or rescheduling due to inclement weather, emergency health issues, family matters, or Acts of God follow the same notice requirements.
Cancellations made without sufficient notice result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Copyright & Image Usage

Olivia Lee Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images.
The Photographer may use images for marketing, portfolio, website, advertising, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, including sharing on personal websites and social media.
When sharing images online, Clients agree to credit the Photographer by tagging or mentioning the Photographer’s website or social media where applicable.
Images may not be sold, altered, or used commercially without written permission.

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

The Photographer will take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and professional session environment.
The Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control, including adverse weather, natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen events.
Clients assume responsibility for their own safety, the safety of attendees, and personal belongings during sessions.
The Photographer is not responsible for damage to or loss of digital files after final image delivery.
All services are provided by The Lees Media LLC, and liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Digital Files & Storage

Once final images are delivered, it is the Client’s responsibility to download, store, and back up all files. Olivia Lee Photography is not responsible for gallery or file loss after delivery.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, submitting payment, or signing a photography agreement, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
